By registering or using Restaurant Mgr, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Use of Service
- Restaurant Mgr provides a digital menu platform for restaurants to manage and display their menus online.
- Account registration and management features are intended for users 18 years and older. Menu viewing is open to all ages.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
3. Content and Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your restaurant's menu content, images, and branding.
- You grant Restaurant Mgr a license to display your menu content as part of the service.
- You must not upload content that infringes on the rights of others or violates any law.
4. Privacy
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
- We do not collect personal data from users who only view menus by scanning QR codes.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Restaurant Mgr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
6. Modifications
- We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date.
- Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.
